The interior of this 4 storey, 1920's building has been completely renovated. The existing concrete ceilings on the third and fourth floors are concealed, along with the buildings HVAC system, by panels allowing for a sense of height and open space to remain. The original brick and concrete walls remained unchanged during the renovation.
The new office interior incorporates large windows on all sides allowing for ample daylight and reducing energy costs. The interior is mainly open and transparent allowing staff to move and interact easily.
