Milestone Corporate Centre

The Milestone Corporate Centre development is a five-phase master plan, which will transform a 40 acre site at the corner of Steeles Avenue and Keele into a state-of-the-art office campus with a potential 2.5 million square feet of new office space.

Design has been completed for the first phase of this project, a 225,000 square foot eight storey office tower.  This tower, together with future phases, creates a new civic precinct that will serve as a gateway to the City of Vaughan.

Within the site, the buildings are oriented to maximize the reach of natural light deep into interior spaces. The core of the first phase building is organized around a full height skylit atrium with an eight storey green wall. Exterior fins and a high performance curtainwall system minimize the effects of passive solar heat gain while offering views of the surrounding area to the occupants of the building.
